CIA/NSA should give Ukraine the necessary Intelligence and Electronic Devices to intercept drones and missiles and russian movements. I hereby invite Kiev to join NATO and European Union.
This War must STOP. Kiev and Moscow should meet in Vienna or Prague or Paris. Obviously there should be « compromise » and negotiations : I want a CIA/MI6/DGSE/BND reports + European Services about Crimea and Donbass.

Crimea, or at least Sebastopole will probably stay russians, and some parts/cities of Donbass will also stay russians if the populations are russians. And then ceasefire. Actually I consider that we should force Ukraine and Russia to an immediate Russian-Ukrainian Ceasefire. No escalations. There should be a compromise. For the GRU operations in Europe CIA and MI6 should intervene. The 100 000 men and women in Ukraine shall verify the ceasefire, and they are authorised to bomb Russia if Poutine bombs Kiev, starting from now.
